The Queen Mary is arguably the most iconic part of Long Beach. (Snoop, Sublime, and the VIP Records sign definitely run close.)
So it would make sense that, in honor of the famed British ship’s history, certified LEGO Builders would construct a model of the Queen 1/40th its size using 250,000 LEGO bricks.
Measuring 26 feet in length, over three feet wide, four-and-a-half feet high, and weighing over 600 pounds, the model is a true masterpiece and officially takes on the moniker of the world’s largest LEGO model ship. and made from 250,000 LEGO bricks, the LEGO Queen Mary brick model ship is a masterpiece to be seen.
Designed by England’s certified LEGO Builder, Bright Bricks, Inc., and taking over 600 hours to construct, the model is being displayed in The Shipyard gallery on the Promenade Deck midship.
